Anxiety disorders are a common mental health problem in the community. It has been proved by many studies that the anxiety is related to the damage in the brain. Anxiety disorders are associated with the development of depression, with individuals causing significant impairments in their daily functioning. Although the general characteristics of anxiety disorders are similar, they are separated from each other according to the severity, continuity and behavioral characteristics of the symptoms. Anxiety disorders; Generalized Anxiety Disorder is a mental health problem that involves specific phobia, social phobia, and panic disorder.


According to studies, combination therapy (Drug Therapy + Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) provides a major improvement over monotherapy (Drug Therapy only) in the treatment of anxiety disorders. In addition, individuals with active participation in therapies have proven to be successful with a potentially noticeable difference in applied treatments compared to those with lesser awareness. Therapeutic continuity is another factor that provides success in treatments.


In recent years, the cost of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has led to the development of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which requires fewer sessions. For this purpose, it is aimed to develop Computer Assisted and Cellular Assisted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches. In this respect, it is aimed to increase the usability of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatment as well as cost reduction. Computer based therapies are useful changing the nervous responses in anxiety disorders.
